These terms govern access to Jai Bheem App, a subscription-based digital education and community platform operated by Manvi Technologies.
Lawful use of the platform
By accessing or using Jai Bheem App, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not post, share, or use content in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Subscription-based access
Some features, premium content, and digital learning resources are available only through an active paid subscription. Access continues for the purchased plan period, subject to successful payment and compliance with these terms.
No misuse of the service
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service availability, copying protected content without permission, or using the platform for fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
Account actions and suspension

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, temporary downtime, or third-party payment issues.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect business, legal, or product changes. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
